DebtorWatch NZ pilot

Public-register checks for NZ suppliers selling on account.

DebtorWatch NZ is a small paid pilot for checking whether existing account customers still match the legal entities, public-register status, and PPSR details you rely on.

What this checks

A debtor-book audit for the account list you supply.

Public-register status

A manual pass over public-register status signals that a finance manager would want to review before extending further credit.

Legal-entity continuity

A check that the account customer still appears to match the legal entity originally relied on.

Entity mismatch

Flags where a trading name, legal name, NZBN, or company number appears unclear, stale, or inconsistent.

NZBN / Companies Register details

A practical review of public NZBN and Companies Register details for the supplied account customers.

PPSR hygiene

A hygiene check for customer-supplied PPSR details, including obvious expiry or mismatch reminders where information exists.

Review reminders

Plain-English notes on items worth reviewing before more credit is extended or an account limit is increased.

What this is not

A calm public-register alert layer, not a professional advice substitute.

  • Not legal advice
  • Not financial advice
  • Not a credit score
  • Not debt collection
  • Not a replacement for lawyers, accountants, credit bureaus, or PPSR professionals
  • Does not guarantee PPSR verification

Pilot pricing

One manual report, priced for a first check.

Ongoing monitoring may be offered after the pilot if the report proves useful. The current offer is a manual one-off review for a small first batch.

FAQ

Straight answers before you pay.

Who is this for?+

NZ B2B businesses that sell on account, credit terms, trade accounts, hire accounts, or similar, and want a debtor-book audit of existing account customers.

Is this a credit score?+

No. DebtorWatch NZ is a public-register alert layer and manual review service. It does not score customers or tell you whether to trade.

Do you collect debtor lists?+

Only after payment. The public page sends buyers to Stripe first, then Stripe redirects to the upload step for the pilot.

What happens after payment?+

Stripe redirects you to the upload form. You upload up to 50 account customers, then Alexander manually reviews the list and sends the report within 48 hours.

What if the report finds nothing actionable?+

The one-off pilot fee is refunded if the report finds nothing actionable.

Do you do debt collection?+

No. This is not debt collection. It is a manual public-register and PPSR hygiene review for existing account customers.

Is this legal advice?+

No. It is not legal advice and is not a replacement for your lawyer, accountant, credit bureau, or PPSR professional.
