More practice than one weekend can produce.
Once published material has been used for teaching or a mock, another defensible parallel version takes real development time. The amount of fresh practice a class receives should not depend on how much of that time a department can spare.

- No transferable cut score, no claim of NZQA endorsement, and an explicit invitation for practitioner review of demand, accessibility and evidence judgments.
